"I have 2. They sit side by side and have been treated the exact same and the plastic has never come in contact with harmful cleaning products, since I (awkwardly) remove the glass... but one has become discoloured (now it's beige) and now they look horrible next to each other. One looks nice and white, the other looks like it's been rolled in dirt. It wouldn't be so noticeable if they weren't beside each other, but I can't recommend this for groupings or stacking knowing what I know."

Nice for clueless pet owners
(July 6, 2012)
"Though appealing to the eye, fish need to be kept in larger, more humane spaces. Research your fish before making ludicrous decisions, such as putting them in tiny design bowls. Goldfish need 10+ gallons to survive (as well as a filter and a heater), and bettas thrive better in larger areas just as well (otherwise they get depressed having to live in their own waste, which adds ammonia to their water. So unless you're planning on cleaning their water twice a day, bigger is better). Regardless, it's better than most tanks out there and if kept properly, can still house a happy fish"

love
(June 16, 2012)
"this is the coolest tank and everyone that sees it loves it! i plan to get another one to stack ontop of the one i currently have. It is perfect or a beta because they do not need much room! although i did add in a plant and a spongebob pineapple for him to swim through!"

Overall Satisfaction!!
(March 4, 2012)
"I purchased this fish cube for my little Betta and I am very satisfied with it. It goes great with my room decor, it is stack-able if you want your fish to have companions, as mentioned earlier the only flip side is that it is hard to clean BUT not impossible if you push the glass from the bottom. If considering a Betta, remember that Betta's require a minimal temperature of 76 degrees so consider buying a heater."

really cute
(March 3, 2012)
"bought this as a birthday gift for my roommate who loves keeping fish! its SO COOL! everyone is really impressed by it. it's bigger than I expected, which is awesome. the other reviewer was right about the way the glass insert works, but it's not that difficult to maneuver once you get the hang of it!"
"My fish loves his new "loft" as i call it. Its really big and I thought it was gonna be smaller but its a lot bigger and I love it (not too big though)... The only downfall is that the outer white part is just a holder for a normal square glass tank so when u need to clean it, its hard to get the glass out of the white thing, because its so heavy and there is not much room to put your fingers to grab the glass part out (i hope that made sense)... nonetheless its totally cute!"
