Best purchase to date
(May 5, 2013)
"I wasn't going to buy this quilt because it is a little pricey. My husband ended up surprising me with it, and I honestly cried. I had really wanted it, and now it's my favorite quilt to curl up in (sorry Grandma :-)). It's gorgeous and the details are impressive."

Beautiful, but rips so easily
(April 9, 2013)
"I purchased this quilt because it was absolutely perfect for my bedroom. Over the course of the last year it has ripped in every imaginable place. I haven't put it under any excessive pressure and have had it cleaned by my dry cleaner exclusively. It appears that the fabric which it is made of is extremely thin and not at all made to last.
It's too bad, because it's so aesthetically perfect; but I will not be repurchasing it."

Love this for warm nights
(February 12, 2013)
"The colors are a little bit darker than in the online images (which I have noticed is true of most items from UO) but I love it. The back is even prettier in person. It is just a comforter with stitching to give a 'quilt' pattern, but that's okay with me. It's heavy but not too thick and is going to look amazing on our bed once the weather warms up a bit."

so SO happy
(February 1, 2013)
"I have literally dreamed of having this blanket from the moment I set eyes on it years ago when it first came out. The price always held me back. Recently, my boyfriend and I decided we really needed to get a new comforter, as we were using an unzipped sleeping bag, which was much too hot. The UO store I work at is phasing out homewares, so we don't really have much in stock. One day I noticed we had this blanket. It was an online return. Just like Danielle's review, I couldn't help but notice the price. I secretly begged for no one to snap it up, and much to my relief (and shock), by the end of my shift it was still there! Huzzah! It's true that the blanket is not a quilt. The "quilt" pattern is printed on and then there is what looks like some hand stitching across it. It's fairly light-weight, but perfect for my needs. It is just beautiful though. I couldn't help but grin like a fool all night, and every time I look at my bed I smile cause it just looks so darn pretty! I love love love it! I'd even say it's worth the full price just from the amount of happiness it brings me!"

found a deal!!
(January 28, 2013)
"so i've been looking at this online and debating whether or not to get it. i got a 10% off coupon for online orders so i decided to just go for it and buy it online. before i did that though, i wanted to go to the urban outfitters by where i live to see it in person to make sure i really did like it. for some reason that i still can't figure out, it was marked down on sale for $80!! i was so excited i had to get it there when the lovely associate told me that if i waited until 5pm (it was 4:30pm at the time,) that all sale items will be an additional 50% off, so of course, i shopped around and at 5 o'clock i checked out with my new quilt i got for $40!!!!! i can't be happier :))"

NOT PATCHWORK but lovely
(January 15, 2013)
"I've been debating purchasing this for a long time because of the price, but I gave in. It is not great quality for the price. the top is printed with a patchwork pattern, but not actually peiced together. It is quilted, and is very pretty so I'll keep it and call it a splurdge."

Brings Me Back to My Hometown (New Mexico)
(November 29, 2012)
"I have been wanting this for YEARS but I never had enough money for it! My parents suprised me today by giving it to me and it was a sigh of relief for my friends since I talked about it like every day. I'm moving and this will look great in my new room!!! As other people have said- the colors are much brighter/ more vibrant in person. I had already seen it in the store so I knew what to expect. I'm going to use another blanket with it that will probably be plain(blue or yellow). Somehow the floral perfectly matches the pattern on the other side in a weird way, which I was worried it wouldn't... I am so excited! I will post a picture soon cause its so perfect!"
"I'm OBSESSED. I had been wanting to buy this quilt for a couple months but kept talking myself out of it because I didn't want to pay so much money. I finally convinced myself to splurge on it.. and I'm SO happy I did. It's worth every penny. It is perfect."

Super cute and fun bedding
(September 20, 2012)
"I was super excited to receive this bedding. It is just as fun and unique as it looks, and I loved the tracking number provided. Colors are not quite as vibrant as online, but it is still a very cute, boho bed."

Love this quilt!
(September 19, 2012)
"I wanted something new and different to replace my outdated quilt. This is perfect! Aztec geometric print on one side -- and I still have the girly flower print if I want to switch it up! Love it."

One thing I haven't seen the other reviews mention
(September 2, 2012)
"The tag says Dry Clean Only. Which probably means it bleeds, or will come apart in the wash, since it's 100% cotton outside and in.
In the end, it's very pretty but I'm not expecting much from it. It'll go on the guest bed and look nice and eventually I'll probably sew an actual quilt in a similar style when I have a free six months for manual labor. Great design, though."

Love the look, but quality isn't great
(August 29, 2012)
"I read the reviews warning against this blanket being delicate and also not being a true quilt but rather a patterned comforter, but decided to get it anyway because I love the bold, unique pattern. After getting it, I have to say the reviews are right that it looks awesome but quality is a little meh. I was making the bed and tugged on the blanket a little bit and heard a small tearing sound, so I think one of the seams must've detached but not enough that it's visible. People are right that it should either be cheaper or of high quality, but I'm keeping it because I like the way it looks. Would I buy it again? Probably, just know what you're getting."

Not a Quilt But..
(July 24, 2012)
"... not at all of low quality! It's very soft and comfortable and makes a unique decorating item. I got mine for my dorm room, and I thoroughly enjoy it. As mentioned by a few other critics, it isn't very heavy. It's pretty light and soft, so it probably shouldn't be used as the sole comforter on chilly nights. Regardless, both sides of the blanket look great on a bed when paired with a solid sheet color (I go with a faded green). It is, perhaps, a bit overpriced considering it's not a real quilt, but the stitching looks like it was done by hand and the quality is quite nice."

Overall Great Purchase
(June 17, 2012)
"I have owned this "quilt" for about a year. Notices the quotations, because as other reviews have said, it is not technically a quilt. Its fabric with that design printed on it with some stitching. This doesn't bother me, and it is great quality and a perfect temperature for summer."
"I've had this bedding for over a year now, and it is alright. I only bring it out when it's hot since it is inadequate for heating you up during cold temperatures. I think both sides have very cute patterns, but I just wish it was thicker. Or actually a quilt. It looks really cheap when you look at it up close, and for what it is worth, it is NOT a good investment. The threading on it it also bad quality, for it's already coming loose and breaking. Maybe I'll use it as a bonfire blanket, it looks like one anyways."

cheapskate
not as expected
(June 4, 2012)
"The red, as someone has mentioned, was really orange, which I didn't expect.
The floral pattern on the back was faded, which I didn't expect.
It wasn't a quilt, which was mentioned so I expected it, but overall, if it isn't a quile it shouldn't be priced as one.
Wish i were lucky enough to find one on sale."

IT'S NOT A QUILT.
(May 25, 2012)
"I love the design and it's quite comfortable but when I ordered it I was expecting a quilt because, you know, they ADVERTISE IT AS SUCH. It's a large piece of printed fabric with some stitching - not a quilt."

not worth the price.
(April 3, 2012)
"I bought a quilt from this website in september of 2010, it ripped within a month. The rip didn't get bad so I kept the blanket, but was annoyed with how easily the seams came undone. I figured it was just a manufacturer error so I purchased another one for my new room in september of 2011. This quilt also ripped about a month or two in, and has continued to rip beyond the point of repair. Extremely disappointed, never purchasing another quilt from here."
