"I absolutely love this map! It's awesome being able to track where you've been, as well as show off all the countries you've been to. It also gives you a perspective on just how big the world really is. Mine came in perfect condition and wasn't scratched at all. I would recommend for anyone who's well travelled or just wants a unique map to hang!"

"When I got this in the mail it had a few small scratches in it but they aren't noticeable. This will make you want to travel more. And if you enjoy traveling you will enjoy this. It's an easy way of showing off where you've been."

"I've been wanting this FOREVER, and my boyfriend got it for me [: It's a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be, which is always a plus!
I think it's def worth the price.
Also, mine wasn't scratched off at all when it came in the mail, which I was expecting it to be a little from shipping.
Completely, 100% brand new and amazing! I have yet to start scratching it off yet, but I'm really excited!"

"I love this map! I saw it a few years ago online for a webstore but only admired it. So I decided to finally get it and I was so pleased! It shipped in this cool tube with a map on it that is worth keeping as well. I went to scatch off all the places I've been (I'm more fortunate when it comes to traveling over the majority of the people i know) and I realized that I haven't seen much! Yes, Antarctica and Russia take up a good amount of the map, but other than that it really inspires me to save up and travel again! I think that if you're like me and love to travel, this is a must.
A lot of reviews said theirs were scratched up but mine wasn't at all. I made sure I was very delicate when handling it too. I put it back in it's tube because I'm currently at my parents, planning to move sometime in the next 6 months so there's no point in putting it on my wall.
Attractive, encouraging, and fun!"

"I love this piece. I used to think I was a cultured person who's been to a million places and a true and blue traveler. But the map makes me feel so small to see i've only scratched like 5 places haha. And mine didn't get scratched in the mail at all, so I was happy to see it in great condition !!!"

"Like others, I was a bit worried my map would be a bit scratched when it arrived, but eh. Surprisingly, I was lucky enough to only find a few scratches here and there on mine. The foil is pretty heavy duty though, so I can't really see how it could have been much worse; it takes some real elbow-grease to scratch anything off of mine."

"I ordered this about two days ago and found it delivered today around noon. I was a little skeptical when I read reviews about how some other maps were scratched and damaged but mine was completely new. I definitely recommend this for anyone's room !"

"While I was disappointed that something must have rubbed against the item and scuffed part of the map that is intended for the user to scratch off upon themselves, the company was cooperative in replacing the item. Just be aware of this in your handling of the item."

"I was a little hesitant about getting this map after reading some of the reviews about it arriving scratched up, but I'm glad I got it! There were a couple little scratches, but nothing particularly obvious. It's made of strong paper, so I'm not worried about it not lasting. Plus it's really fun to scratch -- it makes me want to go everywhere just to see what colours are underneath the gold."

"The scratch material used on the map is beautiful. But very delicate, and when I got it was was already scratched to heII... I guess now I just have to travel all over Russia to keep the map accurate. Still love it, but wish they were more careful with how it was handled. Still haven't decided if I want to send it back or keep it..."

"This Is a very cool idea. It is of great quality like the other reviewer said, but you most be careful, because you can easily scratch some of the countries on accident. Saying this, it is very easy to scratch off the places you have been. I cannot wait to travel more places. The countries are very identifiable so you won't accidentally cross a border."

"I was pretty hesitant about buying this because I worried the quality wouldn't be too great, but decided to because at least it's a fun gift idea. To my surprise, it is incredibly high quality and looks stunning- very classic. I have not yet attempted any of the scratch off yet, since it's a Christmas present for someone, but I'm very excited to see it. This was a great purchase, I highly recommend it."
