A Must-Have Skirt!
(July 10, 2011)
"This is a great skirt to pair with a sheer blouse. The elastic waist is very forgiving for those of us who are a little curvier. I'm 5'9" sz 14 and the large was perfect!"
"I love love love this skirt! It's a new staple in my closet! I'm 5'6 120 pounds (i got a small) I wear the skirt high and it goes to my ankles. Other reviews had mentioned the skirt is difficult to pair but i disagree it looks great with a think belt and a tank!"
"I purchased the rose colored skirt in the store. I'm 5'5 and 112 lbs and the small fits perfectly. I can wear it either high waisted or at the hips and the length hits me just like with the models. Contrary to popular belief that only tall people can wear maxi skirts, I find this elongating my 5'5 (one inch above average height slender body) The color is exact, just like the picture. The con is the quality, like a lot of UO products the quality is lacking for the $ spent, but overall I've worn this twice without anything ripping or falling apart."

In fashion - great fit!

"So hard to find a reasonably priced maxi skirt! This one is great. Perfect fit. BUY IT!"
"I ordered this skirt in rose and when it arrived it was darker and less pink than it appeared in the photo. However, I still liked the color, length, and shape. The waistband can be worn mid-waist or high-waisted. One problem I found with it though is that it is a rather hard piece to find a top to go with it. When I ordered it I had it in my head that I would wear a tanktop with it, but now I need to go out and get one now that isn't sheer. T-shirts could work, though I don't believe I have any that do other than a loose, purple David Bowie tee (also from UO). So, don't buy it just because it's pretty, you need to consider your tops! Other than all that I have had no problems with it. It fits perfect, is gorgeous, and has plenty of space to walk in. Don't run in it though. (For reference, I am 5' 4.5" and 125 lbs, 36-24-36.)"
Chiffon's Just Another Word for Poly-ester Cloth..

"Love the rose colour and the way UO has merchandised this item on the website...I tried both the L and M (5'6" 160 with 32" waist...I found the L waistband more comfy fitting, while the M was tight. There seemed to be too much fabric around the hips in the large. I tried it with a loose tank and just thought, "meh, the over layer looks cheap and wrinkled"...I'm really happy to see long skirts available, but this one is a bit awkward, at least on me....length was to ankles roughly if anyone wonders...."

"I love this skirt but not if you are in a rush to go anywhere. It has no stretch and you can only take baby steps with it! it's gorgeous though and i did receive many compliments. I just wish it didn't rip from trying to actually get to where i needed to be!"
