Too good to be true

"Found this very trendy cute Rhinestone Bottle Opener Ring (one size fits all-you would think it would be a pretty good size then right) on U/O website and being a bartender I thought it was a great idea and ordered it. When I got it I opened the box and tried the ring on. Really small and my fingers are not that big. The rhinestones started coming off immediately too. My hands are constantly in water and bumping things so that just would never work in a real bar atmosphere."

Don't get it with rhinestones

"I imagine the regular, sans-sparkly stuff version of the ring is much nicer. When I got it, half the stones had fallen off and it was just a sticky mess. After I scraped it all off it was better."

"The rhinestones fell off the second I put the ring on. Not to mention, the bottle opener does not work!!! It needs a lip to grab the bottle, and since it lacks one, you end up hurting your hand trying desperatly to open anything. I'm a bartender and I thought this would be a great accessory but it ended up being a big mistake."

Fun idea

"I got this for my sister for her birthday. It arrived with a few of the rhinestones glued in a weird way, like they didn't let it set before packaging it. Overall, as a nifty gag gift, it was worth the price. She loved the whimsy. She hasn't used it but when she does, I'll revise this review."

"This ring is so convenient and useful (at least from a beer drinker's POV). When I popped a few brews with what seemed like nothing my friends were baffled. I showed them the ring and their looks of amazement and jealousy tickled me pink and made me feel super awesome. It fits and looks great. My only criticism would be it gets harder to open bottles after you've had a few (for obvious reasons). Other than that I would definitely recommend it to my envy-ridden friends."
