Jacket

"The parka is very nice, it fits well and the material is good quality! Stitching is also very good but I would suggest you buy one size smaller then you usually would as it runs a bit large!"

Just right

(March 18, 2011)
"Just received the jacket today. I'm 5'9", 160 lbs. and got the medium in "navy". I'm happy with the fit -- it's not really a slim fit, just not as baggy or long as the original. I wore a thick cardigan under it today, and didn't look or feel overstuffed. It was a steady rain on my 10 minute bicycle commute, and the jacket shed the rain well, and covered my backside. I'd say the pictures are accurate regarding fit. The "navy" is not true navy, but lighter and grayish, almost dark turquoise, as pictured (at least on my monitor). The material and construction is, as I recall, very much like my friend's vintage 60/40 -- could even be identical."

Nice jacket.

"The construction is nice and it looks great. The jacket is a light one and I plan on using it more as it gets warmer. However if you pair it up with a warm layer like a fleece or sweatshirt it works great in colder weather to keep the wind away."
