Almost perfect

"This rug is even cuter in person that it is online. The one fatal flaw is that it gets dirty very easily and is almost impossible to clean. I just ordered another one to replace my first because I couldn't get it clean. I am certainly going to be more cautious of where I place it this time."

"I LOVE this rug, however when I washed it, the color faded on the heart and the rug itself. It also curled up on the corners. If you buy this rug, it needs to be dry cleaned or put somewhere without dirty shoes!"

"bought this as a gift for my sister... she loved it! it's totally adorable. the only reason i gave 4 stars is because it doesn't come with an anti-slip bottom. other than that, very cute and will be easy to wash."

Adorable...but the SMELL

"This rug is just as cute as it looks online. It's a little bigger than I expected in person but I like that. However... it has one defect. I was so excited when I received the package that I ripped it right open and WHAM- I got blasted with the most awful, musty smell ever. It smelled like the rug had gotten wet, been rolled up and eft to dry, then packaged and sent to me. I'm not sure yet if I'll contact UO about the problem or just try to wash it but WOW, I can still smell it on my hands as I'm typing this! I'm still give the rug a good rating because the rug itself seems durable, cute, and just fine- but I think they pulled it out of a flood!"

"This rug is really cute with the saying at the heart. It's alot bigger than I anticipated, but it will be great for by the front door etc. when people walk in. My only issue was that either the dye or materials makes the rug itself smell really bad of chemicals. I gave it a wash but it's still lingering a bit."

"i ordered this rug and all of my room mates loved it! it is not a super large rug but is perfect for an average size doorway. it makes me happy every time i look at it. the red is very vibrant. the reason that i only gave this amazing rug 4 stars out of 5 though is because it gets dirty really easily since it is like a light cream color. but it is easy to through in the washer and clean. if you are considering this rug at all, just get it. it is really worth it."

"I got this in the mail while my roommate was on vacation, but when she walked though the door, she LOVED it too. It is bigger than I somehow thought, but that isn't a detriment at all. My only fear is that it will get muddy since it's by our front door, but that's on us. The quality is great. I'd be eyeing this for quite a while and I'm glad I finally got it!"

What you see is what you get & it looks good to me

"The red heart is large and vibrant and my boyfriend noticed it and commented the second he walked into my apartment--mission accomplished.
The rug is 2'x3', which is quite large for a doormat, but you know that when you buy it. Also, there is not a slip-resistant bottom, but one of the images of the rug is folded up to show that.
So what you see is what you get and I for one like what I see."

"Wish it were slightly smaller. But I'd still have gotten it anyway because I love the design. Had a strong smell at first, so I put it in the wash (which I think you're not supposed to). To minimise soaking time and avoid any color bleeding that might occur, I put it on the quick cycle. It came out ok. Might need to put a non-slip mat under this, it keeps getting caught under my door and crumpling up. Still love it though."

"As soon as I received my UO package and saw this i was iun love! This rug is very cute and original! Anyone that has seen it in my home absolutely loves it and wants to know where I got it! It's bigger than I expected which is a good thing. Definitely a wise purchase and I want to purchase it again to have a back-up one in case something happens to this one, One of my favorite purchases frrom UO"
