"I love the look of this shoe, but it ran way too small for me. I wear a 9.5 but what arrived in the mail was more like an 8.5. So sad! Really would have loved to add this shoe to my wardrobe, but had to return it."

"I loved these when I saw them online and they were even more adorable when I got them in the mail, however, I couldn't even fit my foot into them :( So I had to take them back, but there were no more in my size :( So now I will never know how awesome they really are... sigh."

"I wear a size 6 (36), but was concerned about getting these in my size after reading all the reviews. However, I own a pair of Chelsea Crew boots in a 36, so decided to just go for it. They fit perfect! Are a little snug, but I know they'll stretch out as I wear them. I got them in nude, and I love them. So cute, and look adorable with tights!"

"I was weary about buying these because of the reviews about the size problems. I initially wanted the brown ones and had them in my cart and suddenly they were out of stock. I decided to get the black ones and I usually wear a 8 1/2 or 9 and I ordered the size 40. THEY FIT PERFECTLY!!! AND they are VERY comfortable. I received 3 compliments on the first day I wore them. They are also perfect for my Halloween costume, Mary Poppins. I am so happy I bought these I might even buy them in the nude...and hopefully that brown comes back.."

"This is a really cute shoe and pretty comfortable as well. However, I ordered the nude color and it was just too close to my skin color so they looked kind of weird on. I decided to take them back but I am contemplating maybe purchasing the black ones."

"Like others, I had to go 2 sizes up - I probably could have gone 3 sizes up, but they did not have a size 42 left. Really I'm not sure it would've helped anyway b/c they're really narrow and that's where the sizing issue is. I kept them, but I may regret it -- I'm not sure they'll stretch out enough to be comfortable and I have my doubts about the quality. I've only wore them for a few hours and already there's deep creasing. We'll see I guess..."

"I love these shoes, they are so adorable. It is probably a good idea to go a size up from what you normally wear and an even better idea to go 2 sizes up from what you wear in Urban Outfitters shoes, which almost always run very large. However, not these, which worked out great for me because I have small feet. I am a size 6 and got the 37 and they fit perfect."

"Purchased these in black and they are very cute! I'm usually a 6.5 and so I ordered a 37 and they fit VERY snug. I'm debating whether to keep them to make it work. Funny thing is I purchased the Chelsea Crew Classic Oxford Flat in a 37 yet they fit perfectly."

"The heel is extremely comfortable perfect for school in tights for the fall and winter (live in Florida). I'm a size 7.5 and got a size up, 38. My right foot feels a little tight but I'm hoping it might stretch a little cause the left is perfect, so excited to wear these."

"The chart told me to order a 39 for a womens size 9. I ordered a 40 and it was STILL too small. After waiting weeks to get the shoes, I had to send them back for a 41."

The "neutral" color is weird

"The shape and style of these shoes are adorable. However, I'm returning them becasue the "neutral" color matched my skin tone almost exactly and looked kind of, well, gross. Also, I'm not convinced they're real leather. If they start carrying them in the tan color again, I would order those.
Regarding sizing--I'm consistently a 6.5. I ordered the 37 and they fit snuggly."

"These are great shoes, good height and nice material. The sizing is waaay off, though. I am a true 9, and I usual wear a 39 in Euro sizes. So, I bought a 40 to be safe, and they were still way too small. I returned them for a 41. I'd say to all, go up two sizes."

"The tan color sold out right away, so I purchased the neutral. This color is very much a fleshtone and made the shoes look like grandma boots that my grandma might actually wear. Not for me. Also as other reviewers stated, the size 41 fit like a 9 or tight 9.5"

Horrible Sizing!

Pros: very cute style (even better in person), great colors
Cons: sizing completely off
"I wear a 9.5 in most shoes (sometimes a 9 if the style or brand runs large, i.e. ballet flats). My feet are also slightly wide; I can comfortably wear M width in 95% of shoes but order W width whenever possible just to be on the safe side. For this particular shoe I ordered a pair in each color in Size 40. Unfortunately, I had to send them all back, as I could barely squeeze my feet in! I also tried a Size 41 (ordered from another store since UO no longer has Tan 41 in stock), and they were still about a half size too small. The big toe on my right foot (which is just a tad longer than my left) touches the front of the shoe when standing...and this is without wearing any socks or tights. Moral of the story: this style runs about 2 sizes too small. I agree with the other reviewers who stated that Size 40 is more for those who fall in the 8-8.5 range, while Size 41 is for those who wear 8.5-9. I'm a bit shocked to hear that some 9.5ers could actually fit the 41s. Maybe their feet are very narrow and/or they plan to wear these with very thin hosiery? Lastly, this is a super cute style and looks good in all 3 colors! The quality is ok -- not poor but not as nice as other leather shoes I have purchased at this price point (in all fairness, most of them were on sale). For this level quality, I would have liked to spend about 25-30% less. I give them 5 stars for style and 3 stars for quality."

"Nice product - obvious quality - hence the 4 stars. The only detraction? Your sizes are WAY off ... i wear an 11 M and i couldn't start to get it on!
It's unfortunate, that you don't - as do so many today - offer the availability of size 12 and 13: i would have gladly exchanged for a 12M
With people getting bigger, a wise retailler would make the up size adjustment ..."

"Ladies, as we all know, European sizing, especially in shoes, runs small. Just order 1 or 2 sizes up from your usual. I wear an 8.5 in US shoes, and I ordered a 40 in these EURO ones, and they're the perfect fit. Comfy (as comfy as heels are going to be anyway), and so, so cute. These are a sexy pair of heels, ladies. Size up, and you'll be fine. The colors are all really nice, too."

"I don't know if this applies to the other sizes, but I originally ordered the 39, which as the size chart stated is a 9. However, like the other reviewer, the shoe box did say size 8 (although it was suspiciously crossed out), and needless to say they were very tight. I did get the 40, and they do fit. So yes, I think if you are a true 9 you should get the 40. Otherwise, like these shoes. Nice height--not too high to be uncomfortable."
