not worth it

"i bought this on black friday last year and got a really good deal for it but it's still just not worth it. i bought it in the store and it was on the floor when i found it so of course i washed it when i brought it home. all of the ruffles shriveled up so much that they don't even touch the next ruffle anymore. some of the ruffles also got tears in them and started to rip off of the rest of the blanket. in theory it's a beautiful duvet, but it just wasn't made well."

Pretty! But pricy

"After wanting this duvet for over a year, I finally decided to splurge. I can't get over how much money I spent on it! But I do love it-- it adds so much character to my room! I haven't washed it yet and hope I won't have to for a long time because I have heard it will never look the same after washing. I bought the pink one, and while I have multiple shades of pink going on in my room, I think it still looks good! If you want this duvet, I recommend getting it. You'll most likely be very happy with your purchase :)"

Lovely until you wash it

"I was totally in love with this duvet cover for over a year before I decided to buy it. I'm not going to lie, the reviews I read stating that the ruffles bunch up when washed did concern me but I loved this duvet so much I got it anyway hoping that if I did not dry it in the dryer, this wouldn't happen. Well, it did. The ruffles bunched up and look very wrinkly. Even if I felt so inclined to iron the ruffles (and I don't) it would be nearly impossible to restore this duvet to it's original condition. That's how wrinkly the ruffles are. My advice is buy this is if you intend to spend the money on dry cleaning. But I will say that this duvet is gorgeous although slightly thinner than I imagined. !"

Doesn't match the picture color

"I ordered the Dark Grey duvet and also bought the matching shams. They are not Dark Grey they are a shade of green. You can tell because the underside of the duvet is grey but the rest, the fabric on the front and shams is green. I love the look, which is why I ordered it but the Dark Grey that they have listed looks completely different in person! Not happy at all."

"I've been looking at this duvet for about a year and I finally decided to get it with the matching pillowcases. It is gorgeous and looked exactly like the picture. The only reason I'm giving it only four stars is because after machine washing it a few times, the ruffles have started to roll up a tiny bit. It isn't enough to bother me, and I would definitely recommend getting this duvet."
