Disappointing

"I ordered these letters for my daughter for Christmas. We were extremely disappointed with the fact that the letter arrives with a box of a string of Christmas lights. It appeared from the photos that the lights were a part of the sign. These you have to string and pop through the holes and there is nothing to hold them in place. Also, the photo appeared to be little round marquee lights and these lights are elongated. We plan to return the item. Also, we have only received 2 of the 3 letters and an e-mail yesterday to Urban Outfitters has not been answered."
