"it was much bigger than I thought it would be, guess I should have read the dimensions in the description haha!
but that wasn't a bad thing. it's super cool.
the letter looks nice and industrial with the texture on the outside of it.
it makes a great "guy" gift for that man you know that already gets himself everything he wants and is obsessed with his name

Still waiting...

"I purchased this over 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for it to arrive. Every time I call I get a different answer. The latest is that they don't even have them on the premises and have to contact the vendor. It's been extremely frustrating and quite a let down."

"I bought the letter T for my mom for christmas because she loves vintage looking signs. When the letter arrived I was slightly disappointed. It's the perfect size, but it's not as vibrant of a red as shown on the website."

Needed a Little Help

"Overall, these are pretty awesome wall art/accent lighting for a room, but you have to replace the bulbs. The bulbs that come with it are the pointy candle shaped style large clear Christmas lights. A true marquee sign has round bulbs...which are difficult to find unless it is Christmas season."

Disappointing

"I ordered these letters for my daughter for Christmas. We were extremely disappointed with the fact that the letter arrives with a box of a string of Christmas lights. It appeared from the photos that the lights were a part of the sign. These you have to string and pop through the holes and there is nothing to hold them in place. Also, the photo appeared to be little round marquee lights and these lights are elongated. We plan to return the item. Also, we have only received 2 of the 3 letters and an e-mail yesterday to Urban Outfitters has not been answered."
