"I really think this is an elegant shirt that's very diverse (which is really great!). It can be dressy with a high-waisted pencil skirt or casual with jeans. It's very flattering and cinches in at your waist. I'm not exactly a skinny girl but I think this shirt will be flattering for most girls, especially if you lack a chest ;)

However, the straps are a bit long and I feel that sewing in the straps would take away the flowy effect of the shirt. It sits a little too high up my midriff for my taste (it would look super cute for the summer over a swimsuit) I wear a small and I kind of feel like I have to suck in my stomach. Because of the buttons, it doesn't give any elasticity and I wouldn't be able to gain one lb! I would exchange for a Medium but then I'd still have the issue with the straps.

Overall I still think it's a really cute shirt!

super adorable Ithaca, NY
"I tried this in the store, and fell in love, I thought the fit is very flattering, much better in person than the pictures here, especially the band at the waist with buttons flatters the waist line. Before trying on the top I thought it might make me look heavy on the top, but the fit is amazing!! lovely ruffles!! fyi, I'm 5'3", 108 lbs, 34B. I haven't bought it yet, waiting for the floral pattern to come online."

LOVE this tank!
"When I first saw this tank, I fell in love. It doesn't quite fit me like it does the model and to be honest, I like how it fits me better. It shows a little of my midriff and its super cute. The straps aren't adjustable which is a bummer cause it was a little long. I am 5'4" 115 lbs and got an XS."

pretty but doesn't fit
"one of the buttons fell off as i was taking the shirt out of the bag to try it on. i ordered a small and i'm 5'4'' 110 pounds and 34a cup and it was wayyyyy too big in the chest area. if you have a tiny waist and giant boobs it would look amazing but unfortunately thats not me!"

love it
"I tried this on a few weeks ago in Cream and fell in love with it. It is short and tight-fitting at the bottom, but that's why it's perfect to wear with my high-waisted skirts. I was a little torn because of the price and didn't end up buying it that day. I regretted not buying it so much I went back to the store the next week and got it! I'm about 5'3" and 115 lbs, and Medium fits really well."

hot hot hot
"I absolutely love this tank! I don't usually buy tank tops so expensive, but it was definitely worth the price because it looks really classy and expensive, fits perfectly, and i wear it all the time! One of the other reviewers said that it makes them feel "hot" and I definitely agree. It's a little short when worn with medium rise jeans, but I like that it shows a little skin :) Tucks in perfectly to high-waisted skirts. I have it in the black/white floral but think I'm going to get it in multi-colored too. I'm 5'3 115 lbs and got a small"

Flirty yet Elegant
"I love this top! When I'm wearing it I can't stop looking in the mirror! It makes me feel "hot" without worrying about looking too slu*ty. I have it in floral and the pattern makes me feel flirty and elegant.

The fit is a little weird. It is short but its flattering if you are looking for a shirt that shows some midriff. I am 5'7 and weigh 123lbs, 32 C and I bought a small. The extra small was too short for my taste so I got a small but I had to shorten the straps so my bra would'nt show

I LOVE it!! But I would advise trying it on before buying it.

wished it fit
"this top is beautiful, but the model must be TINY. this wasn't even long enough to cover my belly button. i'm 5'10", 140 lbs and the only way this could ever work for be would have been a very-high-waisted skirt (not like the one in the picture. much higher). anyway, if you're small, i'm sure this would look awesome. but if you're tall and don't have a short torso, don't buy this!!"

Looking for a Ruffle Shirt? This is it!
"I'm an employee and as soon as we got the cream in stock I was eying it for the longest time! I just had to have it. I usually wear a small and I bought it in that size and it fits but you might need to wear double sided tape because the straps don't adjust. It was definitely a problem for me because I don't have an endowed chest :x But overall the shirt is fabulous! I wore it with skinny jeans and a tank but I'm pretty sure it would look just as great with a high waisted skirt!

There on buttons on the side and it adds to the poof like you see in the photos but because of this you can see your midriff. At least for me it does. I'm 5''4 and 115lbs, so depending on how you wanna wear it keep that in mind.

But overall it's completely elegant and I love the material! I definitely recommend it. I just got the black and I'm thinking about getting the floral! : )

FAVORITE TOP! Canada
"This is by far the best top I have ever purchased at UO! It is very girly and chic...and you can wear it with anything...a high waisted skirt...jeans..
I have to agree with the comment below about the buttons. I am normally a small or xs on shirts..but the buttons on the bottom of this shirt make the shirt quite tight...i debated getting a medium. However, since I have a small chest, the medium looked way too big up top so I ended up getting the small.
In conclusion...its definitely best if you try it on before you buy it!

"This is one of my favourite purchases from Urban. I bought the cream in August, and once I saw the black online, I had to buy it straight away.

I have a soft spot for ruffled tops, especially those that ruffle over the décolletage.

The length of the tank is a bit short, but I think if it was any longer, it would ruin the look. Also, there are three little buttons that fasten up around the waist, so go up a size if you are a bit broad around that area.

Out of the two colours, the black is by far my favourite. It is ultra feminine, I adore it. 5 stars all the way!!!

so chic! New York, NY
"I absolutely love this top! It is a little on the short side (slightly midriff baring if you're wearing low slung bottoms); and it was very low cut on me, so I had to shorten the straps. Also, the wide banded hem is very slim-fitting and the silk material has no give whatsoever. I'm 5' 98lbs, and I some trouble getting the top (size XS) on over my shoulders. Definitely try it on before you buy it.

That being said, I still love it. It looks so chic with a high-waisted black slim pant or skirt (not so dowdy like on the model), and I had everyone asking me where I got it.
