Cozy and formfitting

"Normally I'm a size 25. I'm 5'4" - waist: 24" - hips: 35"
After reading other reviews I ordered these in a 24. And they fit perfect. A little loose at the top after 2 days of wear, but not too much. Shrank a good 2" in length after washing in cold water + low heat drying. Don't have to cuff them now.
Ordered in black. A little dye still comes off after washing.
Overall quiet comfortable as well."

50's pin up girl pants!

"I ordered both these in black, as well as the BDG High Rise skinny jeans which are similar (but had better reviews on here),and of the 2 I actually liked these better! I am 5'9" with 37.25" hips and a 24" waist, but my thighs are sort of muscular so I typically wear a 28 in most pants, but I ordered down to a 27 for these. I am very glad that I did since they stretch. They are perfect for girls with wider hips and tiny waists, very chic in a 50's Brigette Bardot way. I am very happy with them! The only con is that there are no belt loops."

"When I put these on, I immediately felt I looked like Allison from the movie Crybaby. (It's one of my favorites, and so this is a complement!) I love the wash/stretch/high rise. And even though I have large hips and tend to not look good in pants (I try to stick to dresses and skirts for the most part), these pants look good. On me. Which hasn't happened in a couple of years.
Anyway, they look good on someone curvy, I normally wear a 12 with a small waist but big from hips-down, 5'7".
They fit true to size, like a dream. although the one detriment is that after sitting down, the waist stretches out. I kinda wish it had beltloops for this reason, so that they will stay in the right place upon standing up."

"when i initially ordered these jeans they proved far too loose in the waist/hips region, despite being quite tight everywhere else. two re-orderings later (i downsized from a 29 to a 27) i am still unsatisfied with the fit. normally my rather sizable rear lady lumps and ant-like waist are perfectly suited for such a high cut, but not in this case (fyi--i'm 5'11 & 135 lbs). within a few hours, the crotch sagged in a manner mimicking that of men's jeans. not attractive (unless you've got a little something extra to hide. *cough*). consequently, the "high" waist tended to ride several inches below my belly button.
bottom line: beware, amazon women."

loose!
"wish i had seen the newer reviews before i ordered these:/ i sized up according to the earlier reviews and it's not as fitted as i would like it. the waist part is loose, so it slides down and makes the crotch area a bit unflattering cos of all the creases:/
still it's a good buy, still makes my legs looks super long. i just hope it wont stretch out too fast. i say order your correct size or one size down, not up!"

"I didn't think these pants fit super well and they stretched out within 10 minutes of wearing them. Get a size down for a better fit. Upside- the color is great and the length is is just a bit short- which I think looks really cute."

"this pants! They have a good fit, but a little lose around the waist, i didnt follow the recomendations and i ordered a size up without knowing. You should order one or two sizes down to get a good fit on the waist. But overall these pants look lovely!"

Extremely comfortable
"Like others have said, the material the jean is made of is very stretchy. I don't have a problem with that at all, I think it adds on to the perfect fit and the comfort. Since the jean is very fitted, I recommend to stay true to your size."

Huge Waist

"I bought a pair of Silence and Noise high waisted jeans a few years ago and wear them more than anything. I was excited for these, however the fit isn't great.
The waist is too big in proportion to the rest of the fit. The legs fit me very snug, however I had an extra inch or two in the waist (and I don't have a super small waist by any means.) There aren't any belt loops either so I'm not able to cinch it. Usually with jeans, a size 27 fits me best in the legs and a 28 fits me best in the waist. I ordered these in a size 28 and wish I bought the 27. I'll probably return rather than exchange since the legs and butt were already pretty tight."

not flattering after a long day

"I followed the reviews on these jeans about ordering a size up. BIG mistake! I wish I had ordered 2 sizes down! These jeans are super stretchy and do not stay tight after wearing for an hour or less. I thought that I could shrink them by washing in hot water and putting in the dryer, but sadly they did not shrink one bit. I do like that they are high rise because it makes everything looked tucked in, but they are too big all around and do not hold their shape. It's such a bummer that they are no longer on sale, because I would buy a pair 2 sizes down. One more thing, when I took them out of the package they smelt like cholorx bad, and after I washed them, they still had the lingering cholorx smell."

"If you're looking for JEANS these aren't really...the stretch, wash, and texture feel more like regular stretchy pants. They are flattering for a high waist but I didn't like that they didn't have a belt loop and the waist area kind of looks like a cummerbund."

awesome pants
"These pants are fantastic! The cut is uber flattering, the fabric is soft, the color is great and the price is right. With high waist pants it's so easy to make a horrible front bum or to get trashy and these pants don't go there at all. I kind of wish they had belt loops, but whatever. I'm happy as can be.
Silence and Noise has made a fan out of me."

The Perfect High-Waisted Jeans!
"I ordered these online, which is always a risk. I was so excited and relieved once I tried them on!
They fit true to size, are extremely comfortable and the design is really nice. The details and design at the top of the jeans are really cool and they sit right where high-waisted jeans should.

"I love these jeans, i bought them in blue, my advice is buy them a size up! Anyways, i saw them in store, and i knew they HAD to be mine, i loved them! When i tried them on they were more incredible.... comfy,chic, and HIGH RISE. The best parts, i love them.

"i'm a big fan of silence and noise jeans.
there has been an occasion or two where they didnt fit the way I had expected but that happens with buying from the internet.
these jeans however.... fit me so well.
ive worn them everyday for the past week.
no stretching out!
im slender but "soft" if you know what I mean... and these jeans hug me in all the right places and make my legs look long and super lean.
