"When these boots arrived I rocked them the same day! Got so many compliments on them while out as well. The boots were comfortable for a high heel an just too sexy for words. The calf width was just right for my calf size and the platform on these boots compliments the comfortability. My sister ordered a pair today after seeing my boots. I plan to rock these boots when the summer comes around as well. Love these boots!"

Best decision ever made
"I almost didn't buy these boots, I kept going back and looking and reading the reviews, I caved and so glad I did, these are so comfortable soft leather and sexy my husband loves them. So hurray J. Aldridge, I have large calves (not fat, muscular) and these are perfect. Got em on sale too. Even better. I am well pleased. Thank you for making a good quality product at a low price."

"Ordered the boots in brown online, however when I got them there was a censor tag still on them, had to drive 2 hrs to the nearest store to get it removed, major pain in the butt, coulda sent them back in but they wanted to charge my card again until they received the ones with the sensors. Aside from this the boots are absolutely GORGEOUS, the leather is soft and flexible, much more than I thought. Also the calf size is perfect I don't have big calves but just enough to fill them out enough where they don't look like slouch boots. I like that the laces are just for looks that way I don't have to retie them all the time. My only complaint about the shoe is that the heel is too high for not having a platform. I swear I wear heels all the time I musta been born in them but these just aren't comfortable! The shoe is unique and beautiful, but I am debating sending them back because I am not trying to look like those silly girls who can't walk in heels!"

should i buy or not?
"I was worried about buyin the shoe after reading good and bad reviews. However I got the boot and I do not regret buying. The fit around my leg is not slouchy. It does crinkle at the ankle, but I am noticing all boots do that unless its a bootie. I promise you will hav no regrets. Just FYI: I have skinny long legs."

"I love, love, love this boot!! I had been eyeing it since the summer and finally decided to purchase it. After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical that it would fit my calf, but IT DOES! I have small calves, and while it doent fit snugg, it doesnt drown them either. I love the fit, I love the style, and I love heel height. This boot is a conversation piece and will be in my closet for a very long time. Invest before it's too late ladies!!"

Great Shoe but Difficult Fit
"I love the look of the shoe; however, the fit of the calf was too large for me. I considered having them "taken in" at a local shoe repair, but decided against it. I wouldn't recommend this boot to anyone that doesn't have a more full calf shape (so us chicken leggers are out of luck)"

I love these boots!

"I wore them for my 21st bday..... They looked hot! I did em up with a punk rockish style. My feet didn't hurt, the platform levels out the high heel. The calf part could have fit tighter... But overall a great unique find. I love em!"

Cute, but would not recommend for shorter heights
"I ordered these and was so excited to receive them. Unfortunately, I had to return them because although the width of the calf fit fine, they were way too tall for me. I'm 5'2", and the boot came up over my knee. The boot is stiff, so it just wasn't feasible. Oh well. I will just keep looking for the perfect pair... They say anything worth really having is not easy to get(which fits my quest for the perfect boot)."

These boots were fashion show ready!
"I was in a fashion show recently and wore these boots, I got a standing ovation and the boots did too. People loved them, and from reading the other reviews on these boots before I got them I was kind of skeptical at first, I'm happy that I went on ahead and ordered them. The heal is high but not uncomfortable, the leather is flexible and fits the calf well, and for bigger calves they have alittle strecth in them. I love them!:)))"

Gonna Run This Town
"I love these boots. I am a little on the thick side, 5'8 170, bottom heavy not top so I was thinking... are they gonna fight my calf. Most boots do, but everything at Urban Outfitters is not for the "thick" woman! They look great and I am gonna run my town with this purchase :-) I agree that even walking around my house made me think they are goona kill my feet, but this is the price you pay to turn your swag on!!"

"I borrowed these from my friend (she owns a pair) because they looked absolutely gorgeous in her shoe closet! Unfortunately, they were a pain to put on as the laces aren't actually functional, and even after just a short while (1-2 hours) my feet were aching, and my calves were hot and sweaty. For hours afterwards, my feet were sore!
So yes, these boots look good, no, they aren't worth the money."

"I purchased the black version of these boots in August and have only worn them 3 times (since they make your legs hot and sweaty). I am definitely looking forward to wearing them more often now that fall is here. The quality of leather is good for the price but the failure to make the laces adjustable is the biggest flaw. The buckles do help somewhat. I do believe that the boots look best with jeans or leggings. Regardless, the design is unique and hot! I definitely think the boots are true to size as I am a 9.5 and got them in a 10 so they are a tad big. Fortunately my calves are larger so it's not that big of an issue for me."

"this boots are hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..i wore them to a club and got tons of compliments!!!!!!!!!..not to mention a found the hottest bag the exact same brown color....the only complaint that i have is wheni i got the boots it had the security censor on the (weird)..so i had to take them to the store to had them remove it a bit of an inconvenience...other than that the boots are fiyah!!!!!..love them...i love the lacing in the front..no u cant adjust them but so what???..and they fit my legs fine even with jeans tucked in and my calves are pretty thick..these will turn heads!!!"

Best Purchase Ever
"I love this boot! It fits great. I love the design, very different and unusual. I think the leather is of good quality. The boot doesn't fit my calf as a slouch boot or loose. It fits perfectly with or without jeans. I definitely recommend this boot. I got the black boots about a week ago. I ordered the brown this morning. This is definitely a must have item."
