"This coat is awesome, but you should size up- I am 29" waist, 148lbs, and the size small is too tight in the chest/shoulders to fasten the upper button. If you have smaller shoulders this may not be an issue."

"I bought this coat online because every store I visited was sold out. I purchased a medium and was a little disappointed to find that it runs small-- I'm a slim guy and it fits my form really nicely, and the cut in the back is fantastic, but the most I can wear under it is a t-shirt. Never mind wearing a sweater or something even mildly thick under it, you won't be able to move-- plus the seams under the arms are a little low so you won't be able to move your arms out much. The detachable hood is a nice touch, though, and the lining is really nice. I'm exchanging it for a large. Order a size up if you want to be most comfortable."

"Looks even better in person. It has a cool plaid lining -red around the body and white in the sleeves (For Grey Coat)- I'm a really thin guy -6' 140 lbs.- And the medium fits great. Very form fitting. I love it. The hood is removable and (I found out for myself) reversible. Definitely go a size up unless your skinny like me."

AWESOME
"i LOVE this coat. it is by far the best coat i have ever had. it looks amazing and its very warm. the tailoring is fantastic and the wool is very soft which is a nice thing. only thing is that it does run smaller so if you plan on wearing something under it or want to be able to move size up a size. i definitely recommend this coat."

"I bought this jacket for my brother and it was okay. But for the price i expected better. The hood with the jacket looked odd and the toggle buttons were weird. In the photo the jacket looks amazing so i was disappointed. a return item for me"

"My husband bought this coat for the winter season and choose it because of its look of a custom tailored design at a great price. The coat is amazingly put together and he receives compliments on it every time he wears it. This coat is a must have for any man's coat collection. You may need to order one size up for its lean tailoring which actually helps to make the look very sharp. Great item, great price."

Just don't throw in the wash...
"Got a small and the fit was good aside from the somewhat snug arms. I'm just afraid that it will shrink just after one throw in the wash. That's something I noticed that with most of Urban's clothes. My suggestion would be to hand wash or buy a size up. I got a lot of compliments about how unique the cut was. Aside from the possible shrinking issue I love my purchase!"

fits a little tight but love it none the less!
"so, i'm not big into buying things online cuz i'm 5'5 and on the lighter side of 140... and well things just have to fit and look a certain way... i got a small cuz i usually wear well smalls... it's a little tight around the shoulders and when i lift my arms sometimes it gets a little awkward. having said that....arm length.wise and just overall coat length wise it's AWESOME. i live in the bay area so having a super warm coat is not something i necessarily need but i've been wanting a longer coat for a while and this definitely fits the bill. it's warm enough that i can just wear a teeee shirt out and be perrrfect and slightly classy enough that i can go out with it or just wear it whenever i please. so far i've gotten copious compliments on how good it looks on me so i apparently am doing something right! hope this was helpful!!"

"I love the look of this coat. I will forever wear this everytime I go out. i like how it goes around my body but I wish the cuffs were a lot tighter. The annoying thing about the jacket is the pocket flaps Ive considered going out of my way and cuttin them from the jacket entirely. It keeps me plenty warm and I recommend this jacket to anyone of any size or stature. Not expensive either compared to other coats at other department stores. Im 120 6' and its a little big and I bought a med. but excellent"

Length was perfect and the chest was nicely tailored. my only small complaint is that the coat made things like driving a bit awkward due to the snug chest. very satisfied with my purchase and I receive a lot of great compliments when I wear it!"

Looks-Amazing, Fit-Tiny
Pros: looks amazing
Cons: way small
"I almost always wear mediums in coats. A medium usually fits slim and perfect but with this coat (and all D collection coats) I need and XL. I was amazed but someone bought me the jacket and i told them i needed a medium but after reading the other reviews they bought me a large. The large is still way too small. It looks great though and is very warm. I am sending it back and waiting until they have an XL."

"This is a very nice looking jacket. I suggest you buy a size up because the fit is pretty slim. Since it's the winter-time you would of course need room for layers. But great jacket overall. Very stylish."

"This is a great looking coat for the winter. It's so comfortable. I usually wear either a small or medium in most stuff. A small for most coats. I got the medium and large to see which fit me best. The medium was very close fitting, more like a blazer. Since this is a winter coat, I wanted to be able to fit at least a sweater under it, so I kept the large. I am 5'11'' and 160 pounds. If I planned on just wearing a t-shirt under it, I might have kept the medium. However I live in Maine, so I need to layer to stay warm in the winter."

"This coat fits perfectly, keeps you warm, and looks expensive for a coat under $200. It is very fitted, and tailored but it doesn't feel constricting if you wear it with thicker knit sweaters, or scarves. Aswell, (for those who carry messenger bags), this coat doesn't bunch, or look odd from the profile view."

"I like the coat I bought for my boyfriend. But, it definitely doesn't fit true to size. I find most things at UO fit smaller than other stores. On the bright side, when I called to return the coat, customer service was extremely helpful and I had a larger sized coat about a week later."
