"i'm about 5'9 with long legs, so these are a littttle sexy for me. kind of deterred me from wearing them this summer unless at home with my fiance. however, i just got an idea to pair them with the UO opaque tights... and it's cute!"

"I have just recently purchased these shorts and these are one of the cutest shorts I own! I'm 5'3'' and 113 pounds and the fit is great! They're a tad short but I love how they're stretchy and roomy. The versatility is great; looking good with either a v-neck or a dressy blouse.
BUT be sure to wash them before you wear them because unfortunately they will stain a light colored top."

"I returned these. The inseam is really short and its just not flattering on my body type. I am 5'8 with all my height in my torso with a butt and slightly larger inner thighs. I got the Dolce Vita high waisted short instead and I am in love with those ones. I do not recommend these."

Flattering!
"Love love these shorts. I was a bit sad when I saw their last smallest size was a 6 considering I'm usually a 2 or 4 but I thought since there high waistest it may work and it did. I probably could've squeezed into 4 but it may have felt uncomfortable sitting down. Not as short as I thought they'd be either."

when i got these i accidently ordered an 8 when reall im a 4-6, i thought when they got here ide just have to return them but nope they fit perfectly, they are so cute they flaunt my curves perfectly, i dont know if you should go a size up or what, the 4-6 might have fit me too, not sure"

weird fit

"after a while of debating i returned these shorts because the fit just was not right. They looked great in the back but in the front there was way too much room. The waist fit fine but there was bunching under the waist. You can almost tell from the picture. For size reference I am 5' and around 100lbs and i ordered a 0. The color was also a little different than I pictured. The blue was not as dark as I thought it would be."

its love...
"I've been wanting these shorts for a while and finally decided to buy them after repeatedly admiring them online. I got them in the mail yesterday and they fit perfectly. I'm 5' 4.5" about 125 lbs and the size 4 fit perfectly with room for stretch if needed. I love these shorts and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some cute high waisted shorts."

best shorts ever

"This is definitely one of my best purchases from UO ever! I was actually worried that it wouldn't fit since I'm purchasing it online and I hate doing returns because of the wait time. But size 2 fit me perfectly (my hips are 35 in), which is a relief since bottoms are always problematic for me.
I was also worried that it may be too short, but it's surprisingly sexy without being too revealing, especially at the back. I paired it with the exact same stripe sailor top that's pictured here. This combo somehow has that 1950s feel to it. I always receive compliments every time I wore them."

"when i first saw these pants they reminded me of a pair i had boughten & loved last year from uo in a lighter denim wash and i was excited at the possibility for a similar black pair. my body is a tad more curvy, but i typically wear a 4-6 in pants and so after trying on a 4 and a 6 and having neither fit correctly (they were too tight in the back and loose and bunching in the front) i settled on purchasing an 8. after repeatedly trying to match these shorts with a variety of outfits, i have to return them because even the 8 has the same problem and the pockets don't remain tucked in. very very disappointing."

"Very cute short, nice fit and suprisingly well made. I ordered this in black and it's not knit - it's more of a super stretchy thick denim. I usually wear a size 25 (sometimes 26) in jeans and the size 2 in this short fits perfectly. Love."
