"Super cute purse, love the color options, but this purse literally fell apart on my first wear. (which was ironically in an UO....). Wouldn't buy this again, too pricey for something so cheap."

"Grew tried of this purse pretty quick. I would believe all the reviews about the construction, although i didnt experience any issues, other then the cellphone pocket coming undone. The side zipper pockets are great for keeping a few things separate. BE CAREFUL when wearing blue jeans (possibly even old faded ones) because the white portion is canvas and prone to colour transfer :( The brown strappy parts eventually will have lose-frayed trends, but easily cut - what do you expect for the price though really... if you can get it on sale and are looking for this style - i'd say get it. Otherwise there are plenty of other bags out there just waiting for you :)"

"I got this bag for school, to carry around my stuff and I was reasonably satisfied with it. I found that the white parts stayed clean, and I didn't have any problems with tears on the bottom; however the handles, which are admittedly comfortable enough, break and come apart. The shoulder handle broke after about a month and a half and so I had to lug everything by it's other handles, which started fraying and tearing. Also, the zippers on the big pockets on either side of the bag break and fall apart easily so that the lining inside comes out and it looks awful. I did like it while it held up but that only lasted about 3 months before I gave up on it."

"I bought this purse back in March or April and I have been using it every since, with no problems. I absolutely love this bag and get SO MANY compliments on it. I have had mine completely jammed packed to almost empty, and mine has never broken or had any issues from the amount inside. I have even had people ask me if they could buy from me when I was done using it. Adorable bag, one of my favorite purses I have ever owned. Thank you Urban Outfitters!"

Cute but poorly made

"I purchased this bag online a few years ago, and I just returned here to see what other people thought of it.. I guess they agree with me. It is a cute bag (can be worn unfolded, or unfolded if you clip the strap in lower), but very soon after purchase many of these buckles broke off. VERY poorly made and most definitely not worth the price. wouldnt've paid more than $20 for it if I knew. I've fairly handy at sewing so I stiched up some of the breaks, but its still a pain. I just use my longchamp bag which is years older but still holds up great.. could carry an elephant around all day and it wouldnt break :)"

What a LET DOWN!!!

"Because of this crazy hurricane Sandy, shipping of my bag had been delayed for days. So I couldn't have been more excited when I FINALLY got it! This bag is GORGEOUS on-line and though I read all the negative reviews I really just thought that maybe they were written by people who didn't know how to care for the bag and probably overloaded it. But they were RIGHT! What a piece of JUNK! The white part is made of canvas and you can see fraying pieces all over! Even the rings in the corner were BREAKING THROUGH and ripping up the canvas!! The black part is the cheapest looking & feeling material I've seen in a while! There's a zipper straight through the middle of this bag on both sides. BOTH of these zippers were completely broken! I didn't even inspect the rest of the bag because I was SO disappointed and had seen enough. This would have been such a great bag had the entire thing been made of leather and had AT LEAST been stitched well. Back to the drawling board U.O. Way to get my hopes up!!"

"I only had this bag for about a month and a half and the chain strap randomly broke off. I couldn't even clip one side back on because the clip literally broke. Disappointed. Cute but won't last."

"I really enjoyed carrying this bag, I even purchased another in gray. The white was my favorite and I wish i could repurchase but I don't want to waste my money. The straps will give out quich because they are not so durable and I'm one that takes proper care of all her accessories.
Buy it, but dont over load it. Be super gentle (though it takes away from the purpose of having a bag) and love it while it last.

"The bag was already defected when it came out of the box. My daughter looked at me and said mommy there is a hole in your bag, I thought she was joking,nope. There was a huge hole in it where the seams never caught thread,Seems cheaply made."

"This bag gets so many compliments! I'm only giving it a 4 because there's obviously quality issues, but it's a beautiful design.
Since there are so many reviews saying it breaks, I'm going to be smart and try not and carry anything too heavy. It's a purse- not a book bag. Hopefully that will extend the life because I'm already sad to think of a day without this bag!"

"When I saw the bag online I wanted it right away, but when it came in the mail i was disappointed. The bag itself is cute but it's flimsy & the material feels thin and cheap. The handles can barely be worn on the shoulder too."

"I barely received the bag today in the mail. I'm not going to lie, but this bag is so gorgeous! But the downfall is that the material is cheap! The outside pocket zippers didn't want to open and it was stuck in the middle when I got it! I had to tear the zipper apart that way it can open and close. Also, the bag seems too fragile, like I'm scared it can rip easily if I carry heavy things inside, like books. .etc. But, I just received it and haven't gotten any other flaws at the moment, but if I do I will make another review for it."

"When I first saw this bag I wanted it immediately. I read the reviews and most said the zipper didn't work and chains broke. I ignored them and bought it anyway. It lasted a good 3 weeks before the zipper didn't work and the chain broke. This bag CANNNOT handle heavy things. This is only meant for looks not school."

"this bag was delivered to me today and i wasn't entirely too pleased with it. =(= the material for this bag doesnt seem to be worth the hype and money that is used on this chain tote, which is certainly disappointing.

im going to well the chains to be more durable so that it doesnt really give out on me! i hope that would work so that not too many problems will happen in the future. the handles(the shorter straps) of the bag seem a bit too short, and even my mom with the skinniest arms, had trouble fitting it through the handles...i intended to wear the bag with the long handles but its still not okay...
i like that this bag has legs on the bottom so that it wont get too dirty, so thats one of the good things about this bag.
but the top part of the bag is not used with pvc leather, but some cheap cloth type material. cleaning the bag will defn be difficult b/c f the contrast of the two differnt materials.
really flimsy material inside the bag, i feel like my pen would just accidentally stab it and a huge tear would occur, because thats how bad the material is....
but its a good bag becaue its actually pretty big, its stylish, and the pyc leather makes it look very nice and high class (isn)
more bad than the good but I'm hoping that it will be durable and strong!

"The bag is really cute and has lots of space however I ended up returning it because the material seems kind of cheap I didn't want to take a risk. Felt like I wasn't going to be able to put my textbooks because I feared it will break. The handles looked cheap as well."

"I was so excited to use this bag for school, however in less than a month the chain broke and the bag crashed to the floor. I reattached the chain but it continued to break. I thought I got a faulty bag so I returned it. TWICE. After going through three bags and having none of them hold up, I gave up. This bag is adorable but don't carry anything heavy in it because it can't handle the weight."

"I first saw this bag when I was watching an episode of Pretty Little Liars and fell in love. I found the bag on UO.com and ordered right away. Colors are exactly as pictured and it's definitely just as gorgeous in person. I used it as a school bag and while it held up well for about two months, after that it started to fall apart and get really dirty. Still a good purchase in my opinion!"
