pretty cool shorts
"they're a little big, so i'd suggest trying them on in the store. i have a size 28 but maybe i should have gotten a 27. oh well! they're still nice! denim cutoffs are so good right now!"

super shorts!
"LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE SHORTS! everything about them is perfect! I have never found a pair of shorts that i have looked good in normally they make me look wierd but these are perfect and deffinatly worth the sale price! If you are looking for baggy shorts these are not what you want however, i wanted a regular fitting short and my normal size was perfect! buy them before they're gone!"

best shorts in the world

"i normally wear 24. i bought mine in the size26 because that was the smallest size they had. im 5'4 105lbs.&they fit my waist loose and its pretty big on me, but they're still very cute! :] im going to keep them. and probably just put it in the dryer on high. so it shrinks a size or so. but overall, these shorts are supercute. highwaisted shorts are always a big thumbs up! and i definitely would recommend these!
and mines came folded. so i thought that was pretty cool :)"

know your size!

Pros: cute cut
Cons: sizes are bigger
"I think that this item is super misleading. These shorts are like two sizes off, cause i got a pair that was one size down from my normal, and they still came out too big and baggy. And not even the boyfriend fit baggy, just unattractive. I've only worn them once out in public. And the pictures make it seem like the shorts come already cuffed, but they dont, and I've tried many times to cuff them myself, but they always fall back down cause my pair (which is a style of the short that is no longer available) has slits on the side, so the only way to keep them cuffed is to sew them that way. other than that stuff though, they are cute shorts, but not worth the 48 dollars."

nice if you get the right size

"I personally would not size up. I am between 26-27. They only had a 28 at the store. It was too big, not cool like baggy boyfriend-ish, they were sliding off and had way too much fabric it was making this weird thing on the crotch. I think they are already cut loose so I would get them in my normal size."

So perfect

"These are the best cut off jean shorts ever! I wear them every weekend. If my closet was going to go up in flames I would have to save these...and my leather jackets, but definitely these jean shorts! They go with everything, fit perfectly and are so incredibly comfortable. You can dress them up or down and they are true to size. I'm keeping them forever! I'll be wearing them when I'm a granny."

"I just got these and I love them. Some people in the other reviews are saying they're high waisted but I disagree. They have a medium rise just like in the description. They fit very comfortably. And I find the fact that the folds are not stitched in perfect because you can adjust the length of the short to your preference."

so i am, almost 5"5, at least 127lbs, around 130lbs.
okay, when my mom saw these she asked if they were her old ones. she told me that girls always wore these back in the day and my dad was inpressed they were levi's, classsic.
but anyways, these shorts are cute ^^. i got the dark blue one in a 28, but if you want a more loose "boyfriend" fitted then i'd get a size up. i was afraid that if i got a 28 it would bee too fitted and i wanted the a little more looser fit and i wont lie i have wider hips and thighs but the 28 fitted perfectly. oh and dark blue ones i got in the mail did have thee paint sploches on the back..
if you dont like the high wasted stuff, i wouldnt suggest you getting this, but i lovee them."

"because the folds were not stitched down like in the picture, there were flaps on the sides. all it took was 2 little stitches on each side and they're fixed. i ordered a size up for a looser fit, and they're perfect. well worth the price; i then bought a second pair !"

"These shorts fit well and looked great until i washed them. I even read the tag and it says you can put them in the washer and dryer. Well after I did that the ends were completely frayed, which is ok but they came out extremely puffy fray. THEY LOOK TERRIBLE! To all who buys may want to consider dry cleaning. :("

"As soon as I get off work everyday I immediately grab these shorts, I absolutely love them! I usually wear size 26 or 27 in jeans, so I got a 28 in these so they would be a little looser and comfortable and that size was perfect. Great value for the price!!"

"Maybe it's just me, but I don't like any of the shorts I've tried from UO this summer. I tried these in a few sizes and the urban renewal ones too. They all say they're medium rise but they seem high-waisted to me. I wanted them to fit a bit loose but wasn't able to go up at all because the extra fabric between the crotch and top of the waste band looked awkward.... Sigh."

Fits true to size
"I usually wear a size 2-4 (26/27) in jeans...I read the reviews before I bought these and a lot of people said they were not true to size but I disagree. I bought the 28 because the 27 was out of stock and most of the reviews I read said that they seemed smaller so I bought a size up. I can't wear them without a belt because they slide right off. I wish I would have gone a size smaller."

"These shorts were even better than I expected! they are so comfortbale, but they still are a good sturdy jean, and they don't feel cheap. I am 5' 7 and 120 pounds- I got a 26 and they fit perfectly. I can't even describe how happy I am with this purchase. Definitely buy them if you are thinking about it, especially now that they are on sale."

"I'm in love with these shorts. They did run a bit large but they still look good a little baggy. I like this jean because it can be worn with a plain tee or dressed up like the models pic. they are distressed the perfect amount (even after many washings) and still look classy. Good length too, not skanky short. Comfortable, not the jean meant for showing off your "assets". I'm 5'9, 135lbs, and I bought a size 27."

Awesome Shorts
"I was skeptical when i placed my order for these shorts because a lot of people said they stick out and fit weird. However i would have to disagree with all those people. I got them in the mail this morning and have had them on ever since, I even took a nap in them..they are that comfortable! I wear a 25-26 in bottoms so I went with the 26, and they fit perfectly. Not too baggy but not tight at all, simply perfect! I recommend these shorts to anyone looking for a classic, comfortable, and fashionable jean short. I love them!"

really cute, but..
"i was really looking forward to getting these in the mail -- i ordered them about 2 sizes up from my original size because some people said they are tight around the thighs, and i have pretty muscular thighs. i wish i hadn't ordered them so big because they only fit nice the first time i wear them out of the wash, other than that they get so loose and make my butt look saggy. i didn't want to return them for a smaller size because i couldn't wait any longer to wear them. i would reccommend ordering true to your size or *maybe* one size up if you have bigger thighs. other than that, i love them and think they are really cute and a summer essential!"
