Pros: nice quality, classic Cons: will not fit laptop
"fantastic bag...love it and will fit a floppy binder (with a ton of paper), makeup bag, graphing calculator, mp3, phone, camera, writing devices, and keys... with room to spare! :)
my only problem is that it won't fit my laptop (it's not tall enough) and close."

"This bag is adorable, but I found its size impractical. When I first got it I thought it would be perfect for school. Unfortunately I was wrong. It looks big, but somehow it really isn't inside. I can barely fit my pens and a notebook. It's ok to use just for a purse, but why would you want a bag that looks giant but can only hold your wallet and a few lipsticks?"

Best bag I've had in a while
"I love this bag! I ordered it in Brown and it arrived perfectly on time, about 5 days after I ordered. And the SECOND I pulled it out of the packaging I knew that this bag and I were meant to be. But, in all seriousness, the bag is durable and light weight, perfect for casual wear. I wouldn't suggest using this bag to any formal event, or even out to a nice restaurant. But it's perfect for work, college, etc... I can fit 2 folders full of papers, pens, wallet, deoderant, and cell phone, and probably more!
I suggest this bag to just about anybody."

"I just got this bag in the mail yesterday, and it's perfect for carrying my books to college, but it also doubles well as a purse. I clipped on some cute key chains, put my phone in the hidden zipper pocket, and headed out. I've gotten plenty of compliments already. It won't fit a lap top, which is sad, but I have to emphasize that this bag would be perfect for traveling. I remember having to be concerned about my belongings sometimes during traveling, but the locking mechanism on this bag makes it secure."

"This purse is really cute, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. I have the brown version and it's really versatile. Also, the multiple pockets help to keep everything very organized, and the funny little lock is a nice detail. I definitely recommend this."

SO cute! Just one problemSo. Calif.
"I love the design, the color, the funny little lock, everything. I just wanted to say if you plan on using it for school it doesn't fit a plain old folder and a 1" binder doesn't fit either. It DOES NOT STRETCH at all. And I've read some other reviews and people are asking if it would fit a 13" macbook. It does not. The bag is about 2" too short so if put your macbook in it you've got to be okay with the flap not being able to close, personally I find it irritating and only use it on the days I don't need my laptop. So overall awesome, but not for a macbook."

"If you are anything like me, all the stuff in your purse floats around in a big mess, & it takes you forever to fish out your wallet or cell phone from amongst all the junk you carry around. But with all the compartments and dividers in this bag, you won't have to worry about that! Everything stays neat and organized.
I completely agree with the reviewer who said this has a total schoolboy vibe -- it is indeed very, very cute! On the downside, the lock on this bag takes a little getting used to as it opens a little awkwardly. It's kind of a pain to have to click & push on it every time you want to open it."

"I got this bag the other day and i was happy that i ended up getting it. I like the whole vintage school kid vibe i get from it, and its so cute. It is small so i cant exactly fit my books in it but its great for like work and filing papers. there is plenty of space to keep it organized."

"I received this as a birthday present after a friend searched through my internet history to see what I wanted! I love this bag the color is gorgeous and I love the handle or strap option. Its the perfect size for my macbook and any other items I need to carry around, which is exactly what I wanted it for. The only faults I will say is I know the straps are going to eventually wear out as the straps fixtures are clamped on over the sides of the bag instead of firmly through the material. (I have included a photo which hopefully will show what I am trying to explain) Which after heavy use will probably wear out. However the material that the bag is made out of is sturdy and water proof and should stay durable for a long time and maintain its shape :) Looks exactly like the pictures and I adore it."

Pros: locks to secure belongings, long strap to wear across the body, fits standard sized notebook
"First of all, it LOOKS amazing. I love the rich brown color (it is exactly as pictured) and the boxy shape.
So, it's not real leather. I've only had it for a week so I can't comment on how durable it is. And they don't tell you how to open it.... with the bag standing upright, push down on the round button towards the floor (laterally across the metal surface, don't try to push it inwards). This closure also locks with a little key that they include, which is nice when you are on a crowded train and don't want to get ripped off.
The bag goes over your shoulder across the body, so it doesn't slip or fall off (and would be difficult to grab and run away with). There is a small comfortable handle on top to grab it quickly as a handbag.
The inside is big enough to fit an 8.5"x11" sheet of paper without bending it, and it can fit several notebooks (and my fat dayplanner).
