"I love this skirt. I love that it has the removable suspenders, the cute buttons, and a soft feel. HOWEVER. I would not recommend this to girls with a bigger chest at all. And I found a problem with the zipper, which is horrible. It's always a struggle to zip it up, as it gets very easily caught in the fabric on the side.
Other than that, I love this skirt and always receive several compliments on it."

Adorable
"I only gave this skirt 3 stars because right when I got it a button fell off and i had to sew it back on and the straps dont seem aligned right with the front of the skirt. Otherwise this skirt is absolutely adorable! And the purple shade looks exactly as pictured. Its a bit short but it looks better with tights anyways."

"make it this one. it is so flattering and versatile (the straps can stay or go). i am only 5'7, so i can't speak for the taller girls, but it's the perfect length on me. b/c it's knit, it can be worn casually. i have not had any problems with the material or buttons. i think it's a great purchase for the price."

Pros: cute Cons: doesn't fit true to size, bad sewing job
"it's cute but really crappily made. the buttons for the suspenders were not sewn on properly. they were not aligned with each other so i had to sew them on properly myself. size doesn't fit true to size. i usually wear xs so order xs but it's pretty loose. maybe it was made to fit loosely, dunno."

"This skirt is super comfortable to wear and, I mean even though I'm on the stockier side, it fit really nicely. It hides a tummy. The hook on it is really cheap but a tailor can fix that right in front of you for two dollars.. I know because i already got a new one. Just find the right shirt to wear under it. [would not recommend for big boobs]"

"I spent a lot of time debating whether I'd try this skirt. I got it back a month ago, and was very disappointed. I'm 6' tall, 150 lbs, with an hourglass shape and long legs. Because I have wide hips, I got a large. In trying on the skirt, I found that the waist was loose on me, and the skirt looked far too short for my height. It actually did look fine over my hips, but there were too many other issues to keep it. Overall, if you're shorter and have curves, give it a try. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it."

"This skirt fits great, except the straps are a bit of an odd length. I read shorter girls criss-crossed them. I'm 5'9" and they aren't really long enough for me to do that, at the same time they are just a bit too long by themselves. Overall, cute, but has the potential to look costumey. I also have a little trouble with the zipper."

"I'm 5'1 with an hourglass shape. I was skepitcal at first, because sometimes tulip skirts aren't the most flattering for my hips. I was so glad I bought this skirt. The material is wonderful- light enough for hot climates, but still heavy enough to not look cheap. Easy to dress up and down. I'm n not too keen on the suspenders, but they're removable.
Just like the black dress, every girl needs a nice high waisted skirt."

So versatile!
"I'm 34 A, 118lbs (hips and but very present); 5,7. If you want to invest in something versatile and comfortable this skirt is for you. So comfortable and it can be dress up or down and with or without the suspenders. Great fabric (it would work for summer, srping, winter, fall). I love the pockets and it fits great, I agree with the other review tough, it poofs a little but it doesn't look weird and it helps camouflage hips and its very comfortable. Bought it in black."

A Great Buy
"This is a great skirt, and I actually bought it because I liked how it looked without the suspenders. The material is very soft, and even though there is a tiny, tiny bit of a poof, it is still very flattering. I haven't had a chance to wear it with suspenders yet, but I can already tell that this is going to be a very versatile piece for me. It's one of those things where you can wear many different types of tops tucked into it (at least w/o the suspenders from what I can tell)."

"i should have probably gone with a Medium in this one, but since all my other Lux stuff is Small, i went with Small.
i'm 5'8 and between 145-150 lbs and it fits me, but its a bit on the short side even with the suspenders adjusted to their longest length.
mine arrived with the buttons loose and practically falling off, but luckily that is easily fixed.
it's really comfortable."

I bought this awhile back ago, and thought it would look super cute. It does, but it's probably not the best on you can find. It's versatile, you can use it as a high waist skirt or with the suspenders as a jumper. The way the skirt is can sometimes look unflattering in pictures. But it is very comfortable."

"I waited forever to get this skirt! I was in love with it when i tried it on at the store and still am when i received it in the mail. it just makes me feel great! its so cute, yet not overboard and still is casual.
This skirt does run short. when i make the straps in the back cross each other rather then just straight lines, its very short. so i can't do that.
Overall I think this skirt is VERY flattering to the body. I mean i always think my hips are huge and they bulge out but this skirt does a great job hiding it. i totally recommend it"
