Not the same color as the picture

(January 28, 2013)
"I love that these are branches and loved even more and the main reason I bought them was that they are gold! But was disappointed when they arrived because they were so dull they look more silver than gold. I can always spray paint them but just a little inconveniencing that the picture is deceiving"

Looks JUST like photo

(January 19, 2013)
"Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. if anything, the hanger is a bit more "gritty" and has a rustic feel to it.
Bought two and couldn't be happier."

Cool and functional, but doesn't look like photo

(August 11, 2012)
"I ordered these because I wanted a touch of gold to go with my green curtains. They shape of these is very interesting and organic, and they're pretty solid, but the color is much less gold and more brown/bronze. I haven't decided yet whether or not I'll keep them. Just be warned."

So cute!!

(July 10, 2012)
"This was the cutest thing! It's a heavy solid material, and looks like the picture. I used it for my bedroom curtains and it adds the perfect touch of detail to the room."

Adds so much detail to a room

(March 23, 2012)
"I love the look! They are pretty light weight, a bit cheap feeling. But I would buy them again. They are a beautiful color. I also like that its rather deep the actually position your curtains in the sling. I have large bulky curtains and they fit perfectly in there. I love them! They were shipped fast too."

very cool

(December 4, 2011)
"I have a muted goldish curtains and its looks great against these bronze tie backs. Ive looked at these for awhile and loved the price and satisfied with how they look and the weight of them. I think there simple a great little detail. the metal is sturdy and the worn look makes them feel a little more special and worn in"

More ominous than expected

(September 6, 2011)
"This tieback is 1. much bigger than I had anticipated, and 2. much more ominous. In the photo, it appears to be a warm gold, and much more delicate than it is in person. They are heavy, and a much darker brass color than the website depicts."

Looks great!

(August 26, 2011)
"I purchased these tiebacks to go with the falling vines curtains also from UO. I'm going to for the "nature" theme in my living room. They go together perfectly!! Really great accent piece."

Great!

(March 23, 2011)
"This product came in and was way bigger than I expected, but the dimensions are on the product description, so that's clearly my fault. I didn't have much room to use them as curtain tie-backs in my tiny apartment, but I am using them by the door, upright, as key and purse hooks. It's so cute and I get so many compliments!!! Thanks UO!"

Cute tie-back

"This is a good size tie back - but make sure you read the fine print and understand that this is not a pair - but a single item."

Good but qty confusing

(September 28, 2010)
"These hooks are gorgeous... I saw them at the store and thought it might work with the overall look I am going for for my living room renovation... however, the way it is listed is confusing. When I saw the red "2 for $24" text on the product page I somehow did not see the $12 each part in normal black text by the qty box and thought that an order of 1= set of 2. I basically need 7 of these hooks for the room so I thought I was ordering 4, meaning a total of 8. But I was wrong. When I received the order I realized there was only 4 hooks in there. Confused, I looked at the invoice, order confirmation, and the product listing again, just to FINALLY realize what the problem was. Nope, I wasn't over-charged, I really was only charged for 4 hooks. Maybe I'm being dorky, but to me, the way the price was listed was a confusing."

Really hold

(September 7, 2010)
"These look great and are very sturdy but they are very hard to screw in (you have to have a thin screwdriver to get in between the branch to even get to the screw.)"

Awesome Product

(July 29, 2010)
"I absolutely loved these from the first time I saw them online. When I ordered them, I was more than captivated. They are a good size and look exactly how they look online. They are a great purchase, and I am very happy they were still available for me to buy!"

Completely Adoring

(July 17, 2010)
"I'm a huge nature lover, anything to do with branches, trees, flowers. I got these in antique brass for my room along with the branch hooks to use as jewelry holders. FABULOUS. They stand out and still manage to look simple and chic. I can't give it 5 stars because they are a little wobbly but they're still doing a fantastic job holding back heavy curtains."

Excellent quality and size

(June 24, 2010)
Pros: gorgeous look
Cons: not really brass in color
"I bought these for my living room and am very happy with them. They do appear more of a greeny/brown color than the brass appearance in UO's photo, but all three that I ordered look the same and if I want more of a gold appearance, craft paint is cheap. Would definately recommend these pullbacks. The screws are the same color too, which is nice. Haven't installed yet, but I'm sure it won't be a problem..."

cute

(December 11, 2009)
"I had zero trouble installing these - I don't know what other people are talking about. All I used was a normal sized flathead screwdriver, and it worked perfectly. I'm not a carpenter or handy-person whatsoever and I had no problem doing it by myself.
These are very cute and look perfect with the green curtains I bought on UO

Such a PAIN!

(October 18, 2009)
Pros: look great
Cons: pain to install
"I loved these tie-backs... so pretty and went perfectly with the decor of my room. So you can imagine how bummed out I got when I realized it was virtually impossible to screw them into the wall. My boyfriend's a carpenter, and he couldn't get it to work with the tools I had (electric drill and a manual screwdriver). Some sort of extension for the drill would've been nice, alas not many people have these just lying around.
Not only that, but at one point it fell from where I was trying to screw it in, hit the hardwood floor, and snapped in half. Super glue didn't work, and one tieback is pretty useless without the other.... therefore I just ended up trashing them both out of frustration.
Be prepared with the right tools and a LOT of patience with these things.
