"When I bought it, I fell in love immediately but after a week or so, I noticed that one of the rings was really loose. The first time i noticed it was when it caught onto one of my shirts and ripped a small hole in it. :c A while after that, it'd just constantly escape from the loops and I'd suddenly be carrying my bag with only one strap rather than the two that I prefer. Not fun. :c"

"its a cute & good bag but the things that arent that great are the circles on the handle things. they fall of easily & i already lost one of them. and the skin of the bag itsnt the best because its not leather and cant rip easily. there is already a little hole on the long strap on mines i made. but everything else is great & i would recommend it."

"Just as the title says, if you have a load of stuff, BUY it. It's a great purchase when you're on the go and you need a reliable bag to hold clothes, wallets, notebooks, et cetera and so on! However, you will indeed be digging for small things, but that's why I'd recommend putting your keys, cellphone, or other more utilized objects in the zipper pocket. But like I said, it can be quite a jungle when you're digging.
The bag IS huge so don't be fooled by the models in the photos. Once you start packing stuff in there, it's a bit bulkier, and I probably wouldn't recommend it to those with big hips (if you're using the longer strap). I personally like the shorter straps when I'm carry a lot, but if my bag isn't that full, I'll wear the long strap because it looks chic with a lengthy shirt.
My only complaint would be the zipper for the inside pocket. Mine broke, but its no big deal.
Other wise, the bag is durable, and I received a few compliments. I've taken it EVERYWHERE and it has survived. Great buy!"

Beautiful Black Hole
"It's designed beautifully, but there are a few flaws... :( 1. It's HUGE! Which is normally a good thing, but small things can get easily lost in the bottom, and I HATE digging for things. 2. The zipper requires two hands. :(
However, the bag is cute when worn as a crossbody which is what I do often. The two shoulder straps are pretty sturdy. They're thick so they don't slide off."

"I really wish i could give it 4 1/2 stars, because it's an amazing bag, but there are just some quirky little annoying details that take it to 4 stars. For one, the long strap doesn't look as good as the two handles, so I probably won't be using it even though I envisioned wearing it nice and low like the models. Also, it's huge! When it arrived it looked smaller than i thought, but once I started putting things in it was like a black hole. It's perfect, though, because I bought it to put in work/change clothes (heels, jeans, portfolio). It will definitely take some getting used to, especially the zipper (don't like that it's a little flimsy and have to use two hands, so can't be easily accessed) and being able to find my keys. However, it's gorgeous, and worth it on that alone!"

"gorgeous bag, the leather is super soft and durable. i use it almost everyday and it's in perfect condition. it also comes with 2 handles- the normal short shoulder handles and then longer straps to wear as a messenger bag, if you wanted. TONS of room to put your stuff in. however, if you put the bag on the floor/table, it kinda just flops and your stuff can spill out so just zipper it"

"I love this purse! I bought it a few months ago in black. It is super soft and I get a lot of compliments on it. I carry a lot of books though and this is not the best bag to carry books in, and the hooks are awesome but one of them is worn out so it unlocks and the handle flops off. It is easy to fix but it always happens at the worst time. lol"

"my bag came folded up so the bottom of the bag doesnt lay right i think ill just put some books in it to hopefully fix it? besides that i like it, im 5'4 and have ordered bags from uo before and theyve been huge but this one isnt super big so thats a plus. i ordered it in plum and it isnt exactly the same color but not red exactly red as other reviews have said. overall i like it ;)"
