MASSIVE! Los Angeles, CA
"I wanted a bag big enough to hold all my stuff for school and then some. When I found this, I knew it would be big enough to hold everything. I have this bag in grey, but I wish I would have found it in black because it's really cute. My only complaint is that I constantly have to take out all my notebooks and put them back in because they fall over sideways. When they fall over, it makes the bag ugly and square-ish.
I really recommend it though, especially if you have lots of stuff!

Cute, but has its flaws Fresh Meadows, NY
Pros: awesome design and details, pulentyy of room for things medical or not
Cons: the top pro can be a con; buckles awkward&annoying, not for people who dont schlep around lots of stuf

"This bag is very versatile as a fashion item, and despite the many flaws it has, such as the side buckle-prongs tend to get stuck and hook onto things (once I even hooked onto a lady's sweater!!), the large-nessity, and the overall zipper annoyances, I still love it, since I (a) love to lug around tons of unecessary things, so the large size is actually a plus (b) dont really care about zipping my bag up, unless it rains, and with this bag especially since everything pretty much drops to the bottom and (c) the handles are pretty comfortable, granted you do the shifting-to-other-shoulder thing once in awhile.

Overall, looks prevail for this purchase above all.

Ugh... Arlington, TX
"I thought this looked really cute in the pictures and the catalog so I was really excited when I ordered it. I was going on a trip abroad and thought it'd be perfect for that sort of thing. I love big bags but when I got this in the mail, it was MASSIVE. It doesn't look the way it looks in the pictures when you use it at all. In order to get it to look anywhere like it does in the pictures, you have to stuff it with tons of stuff and by then, it's so heavy that the straps really cut into my shoulder. It also has this cardboard thing that's supposed to go at the bottom and keep the bag flat but it doesn't really work because it's not actually attached so it just slides everywhere. I was so disappointed and had to send it back."

Big bag, bad zipper
"I bought this bag in brown in January and it was big and wonderful and I could fit whatever I wanted into it. After a couple of months though I started having zipper problems as well, i.e. the zipper would come undone in the other end, and there was no way of fixing it. A couple months of dealing with this zipper I went into a UO store and told them the problems I was having with it and the manager reluctantly replaced it, which was really nice that she did as I did not have a receipt, but I didn't feel too bad since they charged a lot for the bag when they probably had it made in a sweat shop anyways for nothing... But this new bag which I have had for months has not had any problems with the zipper and is working fine! The bag is huge and its hard to find things in since it is so big and there aren't any good compartments really for say a wallet. But overall I like it despite its flaws."

Great bag, could be better Seattle, WA
"I love this bag, it's gorgeous, and it's actually big enough for me! However, I do lug around about a thousand items at all times; it is not a recommended bag if you don't.

Cons include a rather low-quality zipper. Mine has held up, but it was very wonky in the beginning. The flat sheet in the bottom is also not attached, but slides around and needs to be adjusted every so often. Overall, I wish more attention has been paid to the details.

Not such a great bag Atlanta, GA
"I remember seeing this bag in the store and at the time I thought it was perfect. I was looking for a black bag that was big enough to fit my laptop and everything else. I made a beeline right for it and after a little mental debate, bought the bag. It was during my school's winter break and I wasn't carrying my laptop around as much so I was basically using the bag as a purse (meaning it wasn't loaded down with school stuff). After about 2 weeks or so I started having problems with the zipper. The zipper would get stuck or the bag would unzip from the opposite side. Finally it got to the point where I couldn't zip it at all. I thought I could do a quick fix on it, either by trying to realign the zip or simply sewing a new stop for the zipper, so it wouldn't unzip from the other side. These were temporary fixes and in the process I lost the part of the zipper that you grab in order to pull it so it made zipping even more difficult. Of course now it's too late to return it. If the bag had another way to close, like a flap or some magnetic snap I would use it more often, but now I'm afraid to use it in certain places where having a bag that can be unzipped can mean a stolen wallet or worse. It's a nice looking bag though, I'm just sad about the zipper. Maybe that won't happen to you."
